Joanna will guide you through the planning of your wedding right from the beginning. She will listen to ideas, make suggestions and do everything to give you the day you want. There are five main stages to the process.
1. email Joanna at Salt & Caramel
Joanna will guide you through the planning of your event from start to finish. She will discuss with you your ideas for the day and favourite foods and she will send you all the relevant menus and information.
2. The Quote
Once you have established a venue, a provisional menu and approximate timings, Joanna can draft a quote. Joanna is straightforward about costs – her menus are bespoke (though package menus are available too if requested) so the cost will be the cost of the food and a chef for the day. All the other expenses are dependent on the venue, and the style of your food – for example, you need more staff for a sit down meal than you do for a buffet, some venues have a kitchen, some will need a temporary kitchen brought in. Staff, kitchen set up and tableware hire are always charged at cost price.
3. Meeting and Tasting
If you are happy with the above, Joanna will arrange a meeting which may be combined with a tasting. This is where you iron out all the details of the day and work through your whole day from set-up to send-off with every tiny detail considered.
4. Change of heart?
If you change your mind about anything, you can modify your choices up to a week before the big day.
5. The Big Day
This is your day and Salt & Caramel will ensure it runs perfectly. Joanna, Liam and their smiley team will work tirelessly and unobtrusively to ensure a perfect party.
